20 years. 10,000+ athletes.

We've trained and tested 10,000+ athletes — from youth to the NFL and NBA.

Over the past 20 years, Varsity House has coached youth, high schoolers, ESPN Top 100 recruits, D1 champions, and NBA/NFL pros. Here's what we've proved: if an athlete trains with us for 13 weeks, they improve their speed, vertical jump, and strength by an average of 8.4% — regardless of starting level.

  • 10,000+ athletes coached since 2006
  • USR speed testing — used by 50%+ of the 2026 NFL Draft class
  • Every athlete leaves with a next step
  • Small groups. Expert coaches. Real data.

How we do it

Our 5-step process for making athletes faster.

Not guesswork. Not "just work harder." A repeatable, data-driven system that's built some of the fastest teenagers in Rockland and Bergen County.

  1. 01

    We Test

Every athlete gets baseline numbers — speed, power, strength, conditioning.

  2. 02

    We Analyze

Coaches read the data and find the two or three limiters holding your athlete back.

  3. 03

    We Plan

Your athlete gets an individualized program — not a group workout PDF.

  4. 04

    We Execute

Coach-led sessions. Real cues. Real technique. Real work.

  5. 05

    We Adjust

We re-test. What worked stays. What didn't gets changed. Progress compounds.

Who this is for

For athletes 11–17 who want more.

This combine is for athletes who want to run faster, jump higher, move better, make more plays, feel more confident, and stand out to coaches. Athletes from every sport are welcome — basketball, football, soccer, baseball, softball, lacrosse, volleyball, hockey, wrestling, and track.

Beginner or varsity starter — it doesn't matter. What matters is that they want to get better and are willing to compete for 90 minutes.
